If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.
Eligibility for RefundYou may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
- You have purchased a subscription for the TV Illimité services through the Site.
- You have not used the TV Illimité services during the refund period.
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
How to Request a RefundTo request a refund, please contact the Company at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide your name, email address, and order number in order to request a refund. The Company will review your request and determine whether you are eligible for a refund.
Refund ProcessIf you are eligible for a refund, the Company will process your refund within 14 days of your request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
